The service

FactoGraph gives you knowledge stores that AI assistants and agents read and add to: through a store's link, its MCP connector, the public MCP connector at https://api.factograph.app/api/mcp, or a custom GPT. It is free to use and offered as it is, without any warranty: it may change, be unavailable at times, or end. Answers come from your assistant, checked against the facts in your store; check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Your store and its link

You are responsible for what you put in your store, and for who you give its private link to: whoever has it can read, change and empty the store.
Keep a copy of anything you cannot lose. A store's page lets you export it.
If you make a store public, you are responsible for what it shows.

Acceptable use

Do not use FactoGraph to store or share unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or personal data you have no right to process; to attack, overload or probe the service; or to create stores in bulk. Requests are rate-limited. We may remove a store, or a public link, that breaks these terms, and block traffic that harms the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FactoGraph is not liable for lost data, for answers given by an assistant, or for indirect damages arising from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using FactoGraph after a change means you accept it.
